Cyndee and Ken Poletski at Community Real Estate Group were a tremendous help when my husband and I were looking to buy a new home and in selling our home of 37 years.
When we met in their office, they provided options for selling our home along with visuals on the computer and printed lot maps. They listened to our ideas as well. We decided to list our home with them and are happy we did. The pictures for the listing were fabulous and the home’s history/facts were well written. When there was confusion on our part on closing procedures, Cyndee explained the process and didn’t hesitate to make things right. She also helped us in buying our current home. After our first meeting, we scheduled 6 showings! She provided us with a binder of the selected homes with pages to take notes—very well organized. Cyndee was patient when we kept changing our minds (sell/don’t sell—buy/don’t buy). Three months later, Cyndee gave us the advice we needed and encouragement when we decided to make an offer on our new home. We are happy we listened to her advice. We love our new home. It is perfect for us. We also hired Cyndee and Ken because they are personable. Doug and I feel like we’ve made new friends during the home selling/buying process.
