Cyndee Poletski has 20 years of experience working in the real estate industry. From being an admin, to a broker, and owner of a real estate company, she has compiled a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise that she uses to guide her clients through every step of the buying or selling process.

She has surrounded herself with a team of professionals from agents on her team—including agents on her team, escrow companies, stagers, inspectors, and lenders— ensuring that each and every aspect of her client’s transactions are set for success. Many happy clients across the Tri-Cities have shared their reviews publicly and sent personal referrals due to her work ethic and integrity in putting their interest above her own.

Cyndee works tirelessly to gain knowledge, experience, and education while growing her business in the Tri-Cities real estate market. Although she has a family, she still finds time to volunteer in youth organizations, serve in her local Association of Realtors, and attend Washington State Realtors and National Association of Realtors meetings with her husband.

She stays up to date on Tri-Cities real estate trends and economic forecasts so she can guide her clients and colleagues through the continuous fluctuations of real estate market. On her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family on the bowling lanes, traveling, serving, and attending her church and going camping.
