
Summer is ending and in comes fall, ushering in vibrant yellow gold colors and cooler weather. It will definitely be an amazing time for some outdoor activities! Here is a mini round-up of activities in the early to mid-fall that will be happening in the Tri-Cities, so be sure to save the dates!
Experience a magical autumn at Middleton Farms. Take a relaxing stroll around their sunflower field and take in the beauty of these bright and lovely flowers. The Middleton Farms’ Sunflower Festival is being held on September 23rd to 25th and September 30th to October 2nd. The festival also includes Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch!
If you and your fur-babies love taking a walk or run, then the Fast and the Furriest will be perfect for you! You will have the option to choose the 5-kilometer or 1-mile course being held at Columbia Point Marina Park to Howard Amon Park in Richland. Aside from having fun with your fur-baby, you’ll also be supporting BFHS as they raise funds for shelter animals.
The City of Pasco’s Fall Festival will be held at the Volunteer Park on October 22nd, featuring Trunk or Treat and a free family movie. This fun event will also consist of free face painting and games.
