We chose Cyndee because we were really close to her. Even though we were close, she was still very professional when needed and helped in every aspect possible. She went above and beyond helping with deciding between buying an already built home and building a home. Ken and Amy were so helpful throughout the entire process. We knew going into it that our case was unique, given the location and zoning specifics of our house and adjacent land in the county. Ken and Christie at Community Real Estate Group are awesome individuals to work with. I explained my circumstances to them that I was moving to Montana December and needed my house sold before January. I talked with them late October and by November 11th we had the house listed with an offer above asking price the day after. Since my rent lease was starting in the middle of December we were able to do a 30 day close which worked out in favor for both parties. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend future buyers/sellers use community real estate group for your needs.

Cyndee and Ken Poletski at Community Real Estate Group were a tremendous help when my husband and I were looking to buy a new home and in selling our home of 37 years. When we met in their office, they provided options for selling our home along with visuals on the computer and printed lot maps. They listened to our ideas as well. We decided to list our home with them and are happy we did. The pictures for the listing were fabulous and the home’s history/facts were well written. When there was confusion on our part on closing procedures, Cyndee explained the process and didn’t hesitate to make things right. She also helped us in buying our current home. After our first meeting, we scheduled 6 showings! She provided us with a binder of the selected homes with pages to take notes—very well organized. Cyndee was patient when we kept changing our minds (sell/don’t sell—buy/don’t buy).
